Llanrwst - Tuesdays at 10.00am
Llanrhos - Wednesdays at 6.30pm & Thursdays at 10.00am & 12.30pm
One Class is £11.00 and a 6 Week Class Pass is £60.00

If your best friend or family member would love to try yoga but they don't feel confident to coem to a yoga class just yet, then they can come and have a session with me, with one-to-one attention on the mat.
I will provide everything they need to come and give yoga a go, at my studio in Glan Conwy.
Or if you have an injury or health issue, we can look at that together in this session.
One2One Yoga with Kate is £55.00
A Class Pass for 3 sessions is £145.00
A Sound Healing experience is like no other. Consider gifting a session with Kate if your loved one is struggling with stress and overwhelm or has some health niggles that need some attention.
(There are contra-indications for Sound Healing, I can advise you on these before you book this gift.)
Sound Healing starts with a Chakra Reading and proceeds is with Crystal Singing Bowls or Himalayan Bowls.
