
November Weekly Class Schedule
We began running Yoga & Wellness classes at Bodnant Welsh Food on September 7th. A few tweaks and refinements later, here is out new weekly class schedule, which be in effect from November 9th 2020.
MONDAYS
Pilates: 9.30 – 10.30am
Beginners Yoga: 11.30 – 12.30pm
Bilingual Celtic Yoga: 1.00 – 2.30pm
Yin Yoga: 6.00 – 7.00pm
Vinyasa Yoga: 7.30 – 8.30pm
TUESDAYS
Beginners QiGong: 10.00 – 11.00am
Bilingual Celtic Yoga: 11.30 – 12.30pm
Gentle Yoga & Meditation: 1.00 – 2.30pm
Yoga Foundations for Beginners: 6.00 – 7.00pm
Slow Yoga Flow: 7.30 – 8.45pm
WEDNESDAYS
Fitness & Wellbeing for Women: 9.30 – 11.00am
Super Seniors: 12.00 – 1.00pm
Mums & Toddlers: 1.30 – 2.30pm
Gentle Yoga & Meditation: 5.15 – 6.45pm

Gong Bath: 7.00 – 8.15pm (1st Sunday)
Candlelit Yoga: 7.00 – 9.00pm ( 3rd Sunday)
