"AUTUMN SHOWS US HOW BEAUTIFUL IT IS TO LET THINGS GO"

Hello Autumn.... that nip in the air means out come the woolly jumpers, hats and boots, and maybe the heating is going on...?? (I love warm towels in the morning!)

As usual, nature is the best teacher, and as the seasons turn we have to let go of what we thought 2020 was going to be and turn towards the quieter seasons with acceptance of how things are.

The seasons will come and go, now matter what, after all!

And if you are feeling that this is a good time to really turn your awareness to some self-care and nurturing; a good time to get a routine going so that a weekly structure supports you, and like-minded company surrounds you, then maybe it's time to come to Bodnant and step onto a mat.

Move your body! Breathe deeply.... Relax and LET GO!!

We have just finished WEEK 3 at BODNANT WELSH FOOD and the classes are going really well. With lots of new and familiar faces coming through the door, it feels like a home-coming and a blessing to be together again.

For the rest of September and into October, this is our schedule...
