Monthly Meditation Class
Please join me once a month for an informal class, exploring a range of techniques to help you to find some mental space and peace of mind.
We will start with a 15 minute Yoga Nidra and then move into Seated Meditation. I always offer different techniques to focus the mind and slow down the butterfly brain which loves to flit randomly from thing to thing! Meditation is not about emptying the mind but letting the butterfly settle on one thing!
This class is a fundraiser for charity. Half of the class fees will go to The Railway Children, a charity that works with street children in India, East Africa and the UK.Book Here
