Daring To Rest Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based Meditation technique. The best bit is, we get to lie down and deeply, deeply rest while being taken on a journey into our subconscious mind where inner work and deep healing can occur.

Yoga Nidra Workshops and Courses

Yoga Nidra is a practice that can be used every day to allow yourself to deeply rest. It can also be an amazing tool to help you to sleep better.

It is a wide-ranging practice and to introduce you to it, I will be running monthly classes, workshops and a 6 week programme all about REST! It is so important in the fast-paced world we live in these days to find balance by allowing ourselves to rest.
