Yoga Nidra Workshops and Courses
Yoga Nidra is a practice that can be used every day to press the
refresh button and give you a boost of energy. It can also be an amazing
tool to help you to sleep at night.
It is a wide-ranging practice and, I
will be running monthly classes, workshops and a 6 week programme ... all about
REST! It is so important in the fast-paced stressful world we live in these
days to find balance by allowing ourselves to rest.
