Yoga Nidra is a practice that can be used every day to allow yourself to deeply rest. It can also be an amazing
tool to help you to sleep better.
It is a wide-ranging practice and to introduce you to it, I
will be running monthly classes, workshops and a 6 week programme all about
REST! It is so important in the fast-paced world we live in these
days to find balance by allowing ourselves to rest.
