I love Yoga Nidra so much that I weave it into all my teaching. But in 2020 I have two new classes that will focus on taking you through a deeper experience of this sleep-based meditation.
Once a month, come to Chill Out Friday, when we will have an entirely mat-based 90 minute class with Restorative Yoga, Meditation and a Yoga Nidra.
On Saturday mornings, welcome to Yin, Yang and Yoga Nidra, a 2 hour class, featuring one hour Yin Yoga, half an hour of Hatha Yoga and a 30 minute Yoga Nidra.Book Your Spot
