Monthly Yoga Nidra Class
I am trained in DARING TO REST, a specific form of Yoga Nidra that includes setting an SANKALPA, or Intention, three times whilst in the Nidra and listening out for SOUL WHISPERS.
It is a process of self-enquiry, much like seated meditation but more easily reached as the process takes the brainwaves into an almost dream-like state.
Each month we will work with a different theme and you will have the recording of the session to practise at home. The classes are on Friday evenings, towards the end of the month at 6.00-7.00pm starting on October 18th.
