Yoga Nidra - Daring To Rest

In this fast-paced world, do you feel guilty about taking an
afternoon nap? Why? When we are rested, we are more present and less
exhausted! In this 3 hour workshop we will learn how REST really helps. Yoga
Nidra is a sleep-based meditation, and we will go through three
different Yoga Nidras.
You will have three recordings to take home and we will work out how to do that as well. Journalling is a big part of the process so bring a special notebook with you.
