Combining Yoga, Meditation and Sound Baths with hands-on cookery lessons and the very best of Plant-Based Cuisine.

Kate & Catherine look forward to welcoming you to this beautiful converted 19th Century Chapel on the coast in Mid-Wales, combining Yoga with Kate and plant-based Cooking with Catherine.

Ty Capel is a sensitively converted Welsh Chapel, which uses the interior space to great effect for yoga retreats, with the original seating area becoming the perfect yoga studio. The owners, Maggie & Graham, have also created sumptuous bedrooms, a large open kitchen, a Zen garden with hot tub and fire pit to complete the retreat space... we won't want to go home!

You will be nourished by gentle Yoga classes, quiet Meditation sessions and soothing Sound journeys with Kate, as well as delicious Vegan food for every meal, including some you have prepared yourself during your Cookery Workshops with Catherine.

  • Creating a personal Sacred Space with candles, crystals, incense, Buddha etc for your Meditation focus.
  • Time to yourself to nap, read, walk to the beach or sit in the hot tub
  • Stylish bedrooms with Twin and Double Rooms available. Some have ensuite, some are shared bathrooms

This retreat is open to anyone who is interested in learning about plant-based cooking, healthy eating and mindful living.

The price of the 4 day retreat is:

£645.00 per person for Shared Twin or Double (King) - 4 Twin & 2 Doubles available

£745.00 per person for Single occupancy Twin or Double (King) - 4 Twin & 2 Doubles available

A deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking.
The balance may then be paid in instalments or full amount, both will be due by 22nd March.
