"Plas Cadnant is a beautiful location, where you really feel you are 'away' and in a special place. Kate and Catherine are such a great team, working together to always focus on making sure the group are getting the most out of the retreat experience. Their relaxed and friendly approach really enabled everyone to relax into the retreat and, I think, to really benefit in a deep way. Kate took a lot of time to figure out what the group needed and the programme was perfectly paced so that time literally flowed by."

I came stiff, uncoordinated with no expectations, stressed and lost. But I leave with a bag of tools, new skills, methods to cope and ways to improve daily. I feel lighter, taller, stronger, centred and educated in ways to priortise and strengthen myself.
