Join Kate at the tranquil venue of Plas Cadnant on Anglesey in North Wales, for a retreat that will set you up for the best year ahead.

Kate's signature programme of Yoga, seated Meditation and Yoga Nidra will be complemented with Journaling and Creating your own Vision Board for 2025.

Start the New Year with some quiet time to Pause and Reflect on what has been, then turn to face the New Year, Creating a fresh vision of the life you wish for 2025.

We will use our Yoga, Meditation, Mudras and Journalling as well as lying down with Yoga Nidra to enquire deeply within and receive guidance from our heart, in order to be clear on our path into the brave New Year.

Our Yoga sessions will be all about connecting deeply with the body and breath, which will give rise to meditation, insights, journaling and time to ask questions, share discoveries and put all of this into creating a personal Vision Board to take home with you and put on your wall!

INCLUDED IN YOUR RETREAT:

  • Morning and Afternoon Yoga Classes with Mudra Meditations
  • Vision Board Workshop
  • Intention Setting and Yoga Nidra
  • Journaling Exercises plus time to share and reflect in the group.
  • Creating a personal Sacred Space with candles, crystals, incense, Buddha etc for your Meditation focus and to carry on with your practice at home
  • Time for yourself to nap, read, draw, doodle or walk in the gardens or down to the shoreline of the Menai Straits
  • Mindfulness Walk around the gardens and waterfalls
  • Vegetarian food by Catherine Humphrys from Wildings Vegan Kitchen, with all dietary requirements catered for
  • Cosy bedrooms with shared bathrooms. Single, Twin and Double Rooms available

No previous experience of any of the list above is required...

This retreat is open to anyone who is interested in stepping onto 2025 with power and purpose!

VENUE:
Plas Cadnant is between Menai Bridge and Beaumaris on the South East coast of Ynys Mon / Anglesey. The accommodation is in a holiday cottage with a large upstairs living area with tea station and log-burner. The bedrooms are cosy with antique beds and wardrobes.

The award-winning gardens are so peaceful and serene with a lawned area near the house and woodland with winding paths and hidden benches. Red squirrels live in the woods, the birdsong is loud and the snowdrops will be out.

Cosy Bedrooms with Single, Twin and Double Rooms available.
Please be prepared to share a Twin with another guest if possible.

PRICES
£545.00 per person for Sharing a Twin or Double room - 4 Doubles & 3 Twins available.
£645.00 per person for Small Single Room - only 2 available.
£695.00 per person for Single Occupancy of a Double or Twin - 4 Doubles & 3 Twins available.

A deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking.
The balance can then be paid in instalments or the full amount, both will be due by 13th December.
