Kate's signature Rest Medicine Retreat will be complemented with the restful practice of cutting and pasting to create your own Vision Board for 2025.

In a world where we carry being busy, exhausted and productive as badges of honour, it can be a challenge to give yourself permission to rest. But when on Retreat, we can step into that space where rest and renewal are on the menu - guilt-free!

The Rest Medicine will be served up as Restorative Yoga Classes with bolsters, blocks and blankets. Seated Meditation will help us with Intention Setting exercises and we will practise Yoga Nidra in three phases - Rest, Release & Rise.

Otherwise known as the Sleep of the Yogi, The Art of Doing Nothing, Yogic Sleep, when you drop into the deep stillness of a Yoga Nidra practice, you float between the waking world and the world of sleep, and hover there in a peaceful stillness, in communion with your true self. The quiet studio at Plas Cadnant will provide a safe space to process what comes up for you - you can journal, share or walk around the beautiful gardens for some quiet time.

  • Morning Gentle Hatha Yoga.
  • Afternoon Restorative Yoga.
  • Vision Board Workshop with Clara Jones from Blue Suitcase Studio
  • Exploring three phases of Yoga Nidra - Rest, Release & Rise based on the training I received from my Daring To Rest guru Karen Brody.
  • Journaling Exercises plus time to share and reflect in the group.
  • Time for yourself to nap, read, draw, doodle or walk in the gardens and woodland.
  • Vegetarian food by Catherine Humphrys from Wildings Vegan Kitchen, with all dietary requirements catered for.
  • Cosy bedrooms with shared bathrooms. Single, Twin and Double Rooms available.

No previous experience of any of the list above is required...

This retreat is open to anyone who is interested in stepping onto 2025 with power and purpose!

VENUE:
Plas Cadnant is between Menai Bridge and Beaumaris on the South East coast of Ynys Mon / Anglesey. The accommodation is in a holiday cottage with a large upstairs living area with tea station and log-burner. The bedrooms are cosy with antique beds and wardrobes.

The award-winning gardens are so peaceful and serene with a lawned area near the house and woodland with winding paths and hidden benches. Red squirrels live in the woods, the birdsong is loud and the snowdrops will be out.

Cosy Bedrooms with Single, Twin and Double Rooms available.
Please be prepared to share a Twin with another guest if possible.

PRICES
£545.00 per person for Sharing a Twin or Double room - 4 Doubles & 3 Twins available.
£645.00 per person for Small Single Room - only 2 available.
£695.00 per person for Single Occupancy of a Double or Twin - 4 Doubles & 3 Twins available.

A deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking.
The balance can then be paid in instalments or the full amount, both will be due by 13th December.
