Itinerary for April 2022 Yoga Retreat

Nourish & Nurture Yoga & Meditation Retreat.

April 24 - 27th at Trigonos, Nantlle, Caernarfon, LL54 6BW.

Arriving at Trigonos, turn in off the main road and park up.

Find the Reception and sign in with the Trigonos staff, who will show you to your room and will direct you to the dining room, library and yoga room.

Sunday 24th April

4.00pm Arrivals – settle into your room - you’re just in time for afternoon tea and cake.

5.00pm – Welcome and Introductions – bring all your yoga kit down to Modron, our yoga studio for the duration of our stay.

Yoga Class with a Yoga Nidra and Intention Setting Exercise

7.00pm – Dinner

8.00pm - Informal chat in the library before bed

Monday 25th April

8.00am – Breakfast

10.00am – 12.30pm Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation Session. Morning practice workshop, including morning meditation rituals and gentle morning yoga.

1.00pm – Lunch

Free Time – walk around the grounds, down to the lake (swimming in the lake is allowed, but at your own risk). You can also have an afternoon nap, read a book, journal anything that is rising for you.

4.00pm Tea & Cake

4.30pm – 6.30pm – Hatha & Yin Yoga Class with long Yoga Nidra and Journaling.

7.00pm – Dinner

8.30pm – Meditation – optional Bedtime Meditation.

Tuesday 26th April

7.30am – Meditation Class - optional Silent Morning Meditation.

8.00am – Breakfast

10.00am – 12.30pm Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation Session. Introduction to Chanting sacred Indian Mantras.

1.00pm – Lunch

Free Time

4.00pm Tea & Cake

4.30pm – 6.30pm – Hatha & Yin Yoga Class with long Yoga Nidra and Journaling.

7.00pm – Dinner

8.00pm – Kirtan with Siward & George. A joyful evening of song!

Kirtan is a musical evening with harmonium, guitar, bodhran and percussion, accompanying devotional singing, some of it call & response and some from song sheets.

Wednesday 27th April

7.30am – Morning Meditation - optional Silent Morning Meditation.

8.00am – Breakfast

9.00am – Pack and vacate your room please.

10.00am – 12.30pm Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation Session.

Mudra Workshop. Close the retreat with ceremony and ideas how to take what we have learned home with us and into our daily lives.

1.00pm – Lunch

2.00pm – Departures after last walk to the lake.
