Kate and Catherine are such a great team, working together to always focus on making sure the group are getting the most out of the retreat experience. Their relaxed and friendly approach really enabled everyone to relax into the retreat and, I think, to really benefit in a deep way. Kate took a lot of time to figure out what the group needed and the programme was perfectly paced so that time literally flowed by.
Kate is really attuned to everyone's individual needs and that of the
group, and it made the retreat exceptionally recharging, with an easy
relaxed atmosphere but with a pace which kept everyone busy between
cooking/eating/yoga practice/meditation.” EW
