Bookings
The OM YOGA website does not take or manage class bookings. We have a separate website called Bookwhen.com which deals with all scheduling, bookings, transfers, cancellations, Class Passes and payments.
In order to book online, you will need to provide your full name, address, mobile number and email address.
You create a free account so that you can easily track all of your upcoming classes. The website automatically sends you emails to confirm your bookings, transfers and cancellations, and sends you a reminder on the morning of your class or event.
Buying a Class Pass is like buying a book of tickets, pop one into your basket before you book your classes, to get a £1.00 discount per class.
To get started, view all upcoming classes, events and One2One appointments, and make a booking on GO HERE: Bookwhen.com.

Step by Step Booking Instructions HereCan't make it to class? No problem!
If you have to cancel your yoga class, you can easily transfer your ticket to another date, as long as there is at least 24 HOURS before your class.
Please find your booking number, on your confirmation email or on your account page and find the correct date and time.
Click 'Ticket Options' and now you can choose CANCEL or TRANSFER.
CANCEL if there no other date that you can transfer to. A refund will be manually sent back to the payment method used, via our payment gateway, Stripe. If you have a current Class Pass, you will automatically get a credit to use again.
TRANSFER will give you a list of all other available dates. Look down the list of classes and dates, click on one and move your booking to your new date.
Make sure you SAVE your changes!
If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, unfortunately you will not be able to transfer or get a refund, due to your place being unlikely to be filled at such short notice.
If OM YOGA cancels a session due to illness or family emergency, we will book you onto another class of your choice or issue you with a refund.
